Workday Reporting Analyst

Our Workday Senior Analyst will support our continued growth and success strategy by delivering improvements to existing Workday reporting and analytics assets and building new solutions. The ideal candidate must have a technical aptitude and be capable of configuring the product to meet business requirements and design specifications.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Become a Workday product expert with knowledge of design, configuration, and testing all reporting requests.

  • Lead reporting design sessions with interdepartmental teams.

  • Compile and design reports.

  • Provide internal and external workforce insights using multiple data sources.

  • Conduct routine and ad hoc reporting and provide modeling support.

  • Connect data sources across the organization to quickly break down objectives into key questions and information requirements

  • Act as a mentor and trainer to fellow HRIS team including design and facilitation of Workday led learning and training.

  • Share skills and learnings with others within the organization.

  • Conduct working sessions with divisions to gather, understand, and analyze their business requirements as it pertains to time and absence configuration and reporting needs

  • Gather requirements when new acquisitions occur to either identify plans/policies already in place, or determine the best course of action in creating new configuration. Demonstrate the configurations through the iterative development of testing

  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding key business process decisions related to industry and/or functional areas.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, HRIS, IT or related field is highly desired.

  • Minimum 3 years implementing in Workday Reporting

  • Demonstrated functional experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Absence or Time.

  • Passion for exceptional customer service and team collaboration.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholder expectations.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
