Waste Connections Operations Administration in Manchester, Pennsylvania

Penn Waste, Inc. , a Waste Connections Company, is hiring for an Operations Admin to work at our location in Manchester, PA. This position will work Monday- Friday from 7am-4:30pm-Occasionally Saturdays

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • General office and administrative functions

  • Handling confidential employee and company information

  • Maintain DOT records including DQ files for Ops/Shop

  • Maintaining employee files for auditing/disciplinary needs.

  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies

  • Assist in preparation of safety presentations

  • Various filing and data entry

  • Manage and maintain relationships with outside Vendors

  • Assist in projections/budgeting and track spending to stay on track

  • Handle Operations payments and PO’s.

  • Schedule, Verify, and Report back Random Drug Testing for Employees

  • Uploading and closing out Operations tasks in the Cube

Basic work experience requirements :

  • High attention to detail

  • 1-2 years Microsoft Excel experience

  • Microsoft Outlook Experience

  • Microsoft Word Experience

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to work independently

  • Maintain confidentiality

  • Data Entry
