Waste Connections Operations Administration in Manchester, Pennsylvania
Penn Waste, Inc. , a Waste Connections Company, is hiring for an Operations Admin to work at our location in Manchester, PA. This position will work Monday- Friday from 7am-4:30pm-Occasionally Saturdays
Responsibilities and Duties:
General office and administrative functions
Handling confidential employee and company information
Maintain DOT records including DQ files for Ops/Shop
Maintaining employee files for auditing/disciplinary needs.
Monitoring and maintaining office supplies
Assist in preparation of safety presentations
Various filing and data entry
Manage and maintain relationships with outside Vendors
Assist in projections/budgeting and track spending to stay on track
Handle Operations payments and PO’s.
Schedule, Verify, and Report back Random Drug Testing for Employees
Uploading and closing out Operations tasks in the Cube
Basic work experience requirements :
High attention to detail
1-2 years Microsoft Excel experience
Microsoft Outlook Experience
Microsoft Word Experience
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently
Maintain confidentiality
Data Entry
